Use of Service
You may use Galerra to:
- Create and manage 3D art galleries
- Upload and display your artwork
- Share your galleries with others
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Content Ownership & Visibility
You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Galerra a license to display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Public Visibility: Galerra reserves the right to curate, categorize, blur, or exclude content from public discovery feeds (such as the "Explore" page) at its sole discretion, particularly regarding content deemed "Mature" or "Sensitive," to ensure a suitable environment for general audiences. Such moderation does not affect the accessibility of the content via direct private links.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to harm or exploit the platform
- Upload hardcore pornography or content depicting explicit sexual acts
Note: Artistic nudity is permitted but must be appropriate for an artistic context and may be subject to "Sensitive Content" filtering on public pages.
Subscription Plans
Free Plan: 1 public gallery with standard features.
Pro Plan (€6.99/month): Up to 5 galleries, private galleries, and priority support.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial months.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Galerra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
