Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Galerra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of Service
You may use Galerra to:
- Create and manage 3D art galleries
- Upload and display your artwork
- Share your galleries with others
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Content Ownership & Visibility
You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Galerra a license to display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Public Visibility: Galerra reserves the right to curate, categorize, blur, or exclude content from public discovery feeds (such as the "Explore" page) at its sole discretion, particularly regarding content deemed "Mature" or "Sensitive," to ensure a suitable environment for general audiences. Such moderation does not affect the accessibility of the content via its direct link.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to harm or exploit the platform
- Upload hardcore pornography or content depicting explicit sexual acts
Note: Artistic nudity is permitted but must be appropriate for an artistic context and may be subject to "Sensitive Content" filtering on public pages.
Plans and Purchases
Free: 1 public gallery holding up to 5 works, a share link and buyer inquiries. For accounts created after this policy took effect, the gallery runs as a walkable 3D exhibition for 14 days. After that the 3D walk closes, but the gallery stays online at the same address as a public catalogue page (cover, title, works and artist). Nothing is deleted and no link stops working. Free galleries carry the “Made with Galerra” splash and include no AI curation.
Gallery unlock (€10, one-time): a single payment that keeps one specific gallery open permanently, raises the number of works it can hold (from 5 up to 50), adds 10 AI curation runs on that gallery (lifetime, non-renewing), and unlocks full analytics, premium materials and removal of the Galerra badge for that gallery. An unlock belongs to the gallery it was bought for, does not expire, is not transferable to another gallery, and is forfeited if you delete the gallery or your account. Accounts that have unlocked any gallery may create up to 5 galleries.
Membership (€6.99/month, subscription): up to 10 galleries of up to 50 works each, all of them open and walkable while the subscription is active, plus 15 AI curation runs each month (they do not carry over), full analytics, premium materials and no Galerra badge. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If the subscription ends, your galleries are not deleted: the 3D walk closes and each gallery stays online as its public catalogue page, reopening if you subscribe again or unlock it. Galleries you unlocked with a one-time payment stay open regardless.
Educator Plan (€29.99/month, or €139.99 one-time for a 6-month semester): full features for the educator plus a classroom whose students receive the same features while they are members and the plan is active. The semester purchase is not a subscription; it expires 6 months after purchase and does not renew automatically.
Refunds: gallery unlocks are final once the extra capacity has been added to the gallery, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Email info@galerra.art within 14 days if a purchase was made in error and the added capacity was not used. There are no refunds for partial months, partial years, or unused semester time.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Galerra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
